1.   Check in is at the registration table inside the main entrance to Catlett Music Center's Kerr Gothic Hall off Elm Avenue.  Please allow 30 minutes for check in/finding your audition room.  BE SURE YOUR FORS ARE ON YOUR MUSIC; THIS IS YOUR TICKET!   YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PERFORM WITHOUT IT.

2.   Audition Room numbers beginning with a "0" will be on the lower level/ground floor, room numbers beginning with a "1" will be on the main level/first floor, and room numbers beginning with a "2" will be on the upper level/second floor.  Link:

3.   After your audition, please proceed to the band room where your score will be recorded and you will receive any awards you have earned.

4.  Parents, please take a picture of your student with any awards and/or critique sheet then text or email them to me at (405) 312-3433 or pullinpiano@me.com.

5.  I am one of the State Adjudicators this year.  After you check out from the band room, please bring your critique to the room where I am adjudicating (tba) and hand your critique to the monitor.   The monitor will give me the critiques whenever I have a break.  I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TALK TO YOU.  MY PHONE WILL BE OFF!  I will not be able to text or call you until I finish my adjudication schedule.  I will read through the critiques Friday night, copy them then return them to you at your recital either Saturday night or Monday night.  [I need copies of these critique sheets for my records as proof of qualification for any awards students are to receive.]

6.  Bring any ribbons/awards to your recital either Saturday, May 21st or Monday, May 23rd.  I will "present" these to students at the end of the recital.  Please put a piece of tape with your name on it on the back of the award.
