3.   After your audition, please proceed to the band room where your score will be recorded and you will receive any awards you have earned.

4.  Parents, please take a picture of your student with any awards and/or critique sheet then text or email them to me at (405) 312-3433 or pullinpiano@me.com.

5.  As an OMTA Board member, I will be working both Friday and Saturday at OMTA.  Friday:  I will be in the band room posting scores and handing out awards.  Saturday morning:  I will be the greeter just inside the entrance to Catlett. There will be a graduation at Sharp Hall in Catlett Center on Saturday morning with two lines.  I will be the one shepherding musicians through their line.
Friday performers' critiques:
After you and your parents have a chance to read through your critiques you will hand them to me; I will post them in the OMTA data base, hand you any awards you might qualify for then will file your critique in my briefcase.
Saturday performers' critiques:  After you and your parents have gone to the Band Room for your critique to be recorded and have received any award qualified for, you will bring the critiques to me at the entrance to Catlett where I will file it in my clear, security approved OU "purse".
I will read through the critiques Saturday night, copy them then return them to you at your recital either Sunday afternoon  or Monday night.  [I need copies of these critique sheets for my records as proof of qualification for any awards students are to receive.]

6.  Bring any ribbons/awards to your recital either Sunday, May 21st or Monday, May 22nd.  I will "present" these to students at the end of the recital.  Please put a piece of tape with your name on it on the back/bottom of the award.
