Pullin Piano Studio

Welcome to Studio Life

Mystery Composer - Franz Schubert
Welcome to the Pullin Piano Studio!   Inside you will find information and pictures describing the life of the Studio as we explore the world of music through the piano.

February 21, 2023
We are racing towards the end of the academic year!  The Studio is full of activities and deadlines which parents and students need to make a note of.  If you have any questions, please email me!

Remember students, make a chart or calendar with the dates of all your school activities and piano performance deadlines.  Schedule your practice sessions accordingly!  If one practices five days a week for 20-30 minutes you will learn quicker and better than if you practice for an hour or two one day a week.
Unfortunately, there are no shortcuts!

2022-2023 Mystery Composer Groups
This year's Mystery Composer is Franz Peter Schubert.  We are studying Schubert at this week's Group Lessons.  Students will receive packets with age appropriate biographies and assignments.   See this page for more information!

2022 NAMTA Mall Marathon

The Studio performed on February 11th with lots of great music and fun!  It was so good to have the Marathon return after a two year absence due to Covid!  Congratulations Student and Parents!

COVID STUDIO PROTOCOL UPDATE
  • Masks will now be optional.   Parents, please let me know if you still want teacher and student to be masked during lessons.
  • ALL students will  still use hand sanitizer upon arriving at the Studio.
  • If a student has a cough and/or fever, that student should NOT come to his/her lesson.  When in doubt, text me; we will decide on the best course of action.
  • If a family member or a student has tested positive, I should be contacted immediately.  That student will then be taught virtually until either the quarantine is  over or the student recovers.

🎵  Happy St. Patrick's Day! 🎵

Remember, according to Studio Policies:
Refunds or credits will not be given for lessons or classes missed or canceled by the student.   When the student has a conflict, please notify me as soon as possible.  Two days prior notice for school events are necessary to qualify for a makeup lesson.
Illness:  If a student does not go to school the day of his lesson due to illness, he/she should NOT come to piano lesson!  Parents should notify me of the student’s illness; there will be two makeup days scheduled during the semester for those missed lessons.  Lessons madeup for illnesses will be limited to two a semester.
