OMTA District and State Achievement Auditions are a way for students to further their performance opportunities in a non-competive setting in order to recognize and encourage each student's individual learning and progress.  These Auditions benefit both the student (in learning to perform in front of others) and the teacher (who uses the critiques to tailor teaching skills).  OMTA Achievement Auditions are not mandatory for Studio members; participation is decided between student and teacher.
