Mrs. Pullin - we're in St. Patrick's cathedral and this gigantic organ made me think of you!!
From Ainsley Kyle traveling in New York City with her family.  Fantastic instrument in a beautiful church.

Christian Williams, former student (five years in the Studio) now attending Dartmouth.  The email below is from his mom, LeaAnn Williams.

"So... Child #1 is interning in NYC this summer.  He was hired by a nonprofit that works with kids that want to learn more about writing, filmmaking, song writing, basically anything creative.  Christian spent the first two weeks shadowing a guy who went to USC film school and is now an editor of some sort in Hollywood.  The interns also get to have one on one time with the teachers to learn more about their prescribed fields.

This week they don't have filmmaking and the head people knew he had experience in piano so they asked him to go help out in songwriting since the intern in that group only plays guitar.  Yesterday was his first day and he called me immediately after and said it was the best day he had so far.  He sat at the piano most of the day and helped kids with chord progressions, modulations and all sorts of things.  Then played for them what they had completed so far.  He said he was in absolute heaven.  He was so excited to talk about it.  He then said he "guessed he did learn something from all that music theory that Mrs. Pullin made us learn."  lol.

Something to brighten your day!"

Mom, why are you making me take piano lessons? So when you grow up, you will have a love of music and it may get in to your soul. Christian interning in New York and sharing his own knowledge.
